  1. Can I make a reservation for dining in?
    No, we only accept walk-ins.

  2. What is the last order timing?
    You are welcome to come in 30 min before closing to take-away or catch the last dine-in session.


  1. Do you deliver?
    Yes! We offer Standard Delivery at $8.00 (w/GST) or 3-Hour Delivery Timeslots at $16.50 (w/GST). Terms & Conditions apply.

  2. Can I pick my delivery time?
    Our Standard Delivery service operates between 12pm-7pm in order of locations. If you require your cake within a specific timeframe, please tap the WhatsApp button to enquire; we will advise on the cost and options available.

    Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific timing requests (e.g. at 1.30pm, before 3pm, after 6pm). If you require your cake(s) at a specific timing, please opt for self-collection and arrange your own courier service to pick-up your order from our Amoy outlet during store operating hours.

  3. Can I change the delivery of my order for store pick-up instead?
    Yes, do contact us via WhatsApp or email at at least 2 days in advance for this request.

  4. Is there a limit to how much I can order?
    No. For bulk/group orders, kindly email at

  5. Will delivery be more expensive if I order more items?
    No. Delivery is charged at a flat fee of $8.00 (w/GST) or $16.50 (w/GST) per location, for Standard Delivery or 3-Hour Delivery Timeslots, respectively. However, there will be additional charges for delivery to Sentosa.  

  6. What happens when Iā€™m not around during the delivery of my order?
    Your order will be sent back to our central kitchen. You may make your own arrangement to pick up the cake at the end of the day.

  7. What happens if I was sent the wrong items? Or if items were damaged?

  8. Can I place a same-day order?
    We are unable to accept same-day orders online. Kindly visit our stores to see the available selection for the day.

  9. How long in advance should I place my order?
    You should place your order preferably 2 days in advance so that our team has ample time to prepare the items. However, we are also able to do next day deliveries. Here are the cut off timings for next day delivery:
  • 12.00 pm: Whole cakes
  • 9.00 pm: All sliced cakes, tarts, and entremets


  1. Are your cakes vegan or vegetarian-friendly?
    Our cakes contain dairy products, eggs and gelatine, and therefore may not be suitable.

  2. Are your cakes Halal?
    Unfortunately, our kitchen is not halal-certified, but we do not use pork, lard or alcohol in our products.

  3. Will candles and a knife be provided?
    Yes, you can leave a request under the remarks section when placing your order.

  4. Do you have special packaging for birthday/gift orders?
    We have Birthday and generic Greeting cards, please request them under remarks section when placing your order.

  5. Do you write or provide lettering services on cakes?
    No. We do not have this service at the moment.

  6. Is there an expiry date for the cakes?
    Yes, all products should be consumed within 2 days. Cakes that contain coconut are best consumed on the same day of purchase/delivery.

  7. Must I store the cakes at a certain temperature?
    Yes, all products must be kept refrigerated.

  8. How long can I store the cakes in room temperature?
    All desserts can only last within 45 minutes to 1 hour without chiller.


  1. Which payment method do you accept?
    Payment is accepted via PayNow.

  2. Is cash upon delivery accepted?
    No, it is not accepted. You will have to make payment online before we can proceed with your order.
