As its name suggests, this cake is pure pistachio goodness with fluffy pistachio sponge layered with pistachio crunch, roasted pistachio crème diplomat and smooth pistachio cream. Crowned with pistachio and plain Chantilly cream, and crushed pistachio nuts.
